Fall Leadership Conference

FLC Schedule at a Glance

2026 Fall Leadership Conferences will provide members with the knowledge and skills they need to take action in their chapter, whether as a chapter officer, active chapter member, or new member! This year, FLC will feature two (2) tracks for attendees:

  • Distinguished Leaders Track for chapter officers and active chapter members to get engaged with FCCLA and then take the lead at the local, state, and national level.
  • Emerging Leaders Track for new or early career FCCLA members to learn more about FCCLA and how they can get involved and earn recognition!

Within each track, attendees will still be able to select sessions that are most applicable to them in their FCCLA journey. Chapter advisers will select which track attendees are in as part of the registration process.

The FCCLA Spotlight on Projects and Competitive Events Showcase at each of the conferences are meant to highlight a variety of projects that members and chapters have completed. Examples could include Power of One projects, National Program projects, STAR Events, Feed Nebraska projects, fundraisers, etc. Projects will be setup after the opening session and will not require any presentation or explanation by students — they will just be available for viewing by participants in the middle of the day. If you have project(s) that you would be willing to bring & showcase, please sign up on the FLC Spotlight on Projects & CE Showcase Sign Up sheet.

Cost: $25/participant (students & advisers; includes lunch)
State Officers, SPOT Officers, & SPOT Advisers will be registered by the State Office and DO NOT need to be included in their chapter registration.

Nebraska FCCLA Operational Procedures – October 2025 Revision

Conference Registration & Cancellation Policy
Changes to conference registrations may be made without penalty while the registration remains open. Any cancellations that occur after registration has closed will not be reimbursed to chapters or individuals, barring extenuating circumstances. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation provided.

Late conference registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances. A late fee for these registrations will be assessed. The late fee is $15 per registered participant (e.g. if registration was $25 per participant, the cost with the late fee would be $40 per participant). This applies to all state-level Nebraska FCCLA conferences and events, with the exception of the State Leadership Conference.

Outstanding Payments
Chapters are expected to submit payment for invoices in a timely manner. Chapters with outstanding invoices will not be allowed to register for any state events based on the following timeline:

  • Invoices Dated August 1 – November 30 – Payment must be Received by January 10
  • Invoices Dated December 1 – May 30 – Payment must be Received by July 10
  • Invoices Dated June 1 – July 31 – Payment must be Received by September 10
